Background

Prior to pivoting to social media content, I founded a non-profit dedicated to organizing both massive and free community events.  These imaginative happenings totaled for 100,000 attendees without ever spending a cent on advertising.  These events laid the groundwork for a deep understanding of both large scale production/planning, and how to attract a crowd.  Here are a sampling of our events:

  • A 500 ft. water slide in the middle of the street in a major downtown city that anyone could ride for free

  • Launching of 100,000 colored paper airplanes from skyscrapers to a waiting crowd of 30,000 people

  • The donation of 30,000 pieces of sidewalk chalk to the general public to color an entire downtown

  • Flash mob events that totaled for over 10,000 participants

  • Large scale multi-day music festivals
